Ariana Richards

Ariana Clarice Richards (born April 15th, 1970) is an American former actress and painter. She is most famous for her role as Lex Murphy from the mega-hit film Jurassic Park. Richards won several Young Artist Awards for her acting as a child but now as an adult, she has been focusing on her art career. Ariana Richards is a well-distinguished American actor and artist that has gained a lot of attention since her appearance in the lead role of Lex Murphy in Jurrasic Park in 1993. The awards she has received are those of the Bambi Award for Young Artist and Favorite Actress from the United Kingdom of Australia, and Favorite Film Newcomer in Japan. But after 2013, Ariana started to concentrate more on the creative side of her existence. As time passed, she has built a loyal following with more than 50k Instagram users. Skidmore College graduated her with distinction in Fine Art in 2001. She then attended The Art Center College of Design Pasadena California and studied arts. Ariana was married to Mark Aaron Bolton a former soldier from the Irish Defence Forces turned stunt performer in January 2013. The couple got married in January of 2015. couple welcomed their first child. The couple did not reveal the name of their child until 2019. Her childhood was spent in California. Her sister Bethany is an actress as well. Her father Darielle Garrison is a film producer. In a commercial on TV, she appeared as a young ballerina in the age group of seven. Ariana is a native of Italy. Italian roots on her mother's side, that go all the up to Carlo Crivelli who was a well-known Renaissance artist. Also, she is a descendent from fighter John L. Sullivan. The American Artist magazine hosted the National Professional Oil Painting Competition in the month of October, 2005. It was her first self-portrait. The first self-portrait that Ariana created was a watercolor drawing of her in scenes from the cult film Jurassic Park (1993) while holding a spoon with Jello, while a raptor crawls into view behind her. In April 2012, she started a YouTube channel titled GalleryAriana on which she shared images of herself. In addition, she has appeared in other movies such as Tremors, Spaced Invaders, Locked Up A Mother's Rage and Switched At Birth. Ariana is a lover of a horse that she calls Kindred Spirit.
